Plenty of detail is involved in learning just one movement in ballet, so going slow and controlled with intention and focus is key to building a strong foundation in your ballet technique. Always remember, going fast with too many repetitions doesn’t necessarily mean you are getting a better workout. Take your time to digest each movement both physically and mentally at your own pace.
